DECISION

Motion by appellant to consolidate appeal Nos. 2006-24 S C, 2006-25 S C, and 2006-26 S C is granted to the extent that appeal No. 2006-26 S C is deemed to have been perfected as of the date of the order hereon and the three appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2006-24 S C.

Respondent, if she be so advised, may serve and file a second respondent's brief addressed solely to the contentions raised in the appellant's briefs, heretofore submitted for appeal Nos. 2006-24 S C and 2006-25 S C, as said contentions might apply to appeal No. 2006-26 S C, within 21 days of the date of the order hereon. Appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the second respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
