DECISION

Motion by appellants for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon furnishing this court with proper papers.

Cross motion by respondent for dismissal of the appeal or, in the alternative, other relief is denied, without prejudice to the parties addressing the issue of whether the appeal should be dismissed upon the appeal.

Movant, William Thompson, has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent. In his application for poor person relief movant has failed to furnish this court with financial information with regard to his son, Andrew Thompson, an occupant of the premises.
