| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeal by Maribel Nieves from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 22, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Isa D. Kantor, dated August 2, 2006, it is
