SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Maribel Nieves from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 22, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Isa D. Kantor, dated August 2, 2006, it is

(1) the respondent Angelo Roldan is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Angelo Roldan is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent Angelo Roldan, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
