Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 24, 2004, and four orders of the same court, all dated November 8, 2004, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated May 9, 2006, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
