ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 24, 2006, in the above-entitled action is amended by adding after the last decretal paragraph thereof, "; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant Welsbach Electric Corp. shall perfect its appeal by serving and filing its brief on the appeal on or before October 19, 2006; the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before November 24, 2006; the appellants' respective reply briefs must be served and filed on or before December 11, 2006."
