Application by the respondent Abraham L. to amend a decision and order on motion dated August 28, 2006, in the above-entitled matter, which directed the parties to serve and file their respective briefs by dates certain and to enlarge the time to serve and file the respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated August 28, 2006, is amended by deleting from the final decretal paragraph thereof the dates: September 15, 2006; October 13, 2006; and October 27, 2006, respectively, and substituting therefor the dates: September 29, 2006; October 30, 2006; and November 14, 2006.
