DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered August 18, 2003, and to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of certain additional proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before November 13, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of additional proceedings is denied with leave to renew upon papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings for which the appellant pro se seeks transcripts, and what issues are to be raised in connection with those proceedings.
