Motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondent, its agents, servants and/or employees, and any or all persons acting on its behalf from undertaking any actions to evict the appellants from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, 2nd and 11th Judicial Districts, dated May 1, 2006.
