| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Shulem Yitzchok Jacobowitz, Quality Knits, Sim Sholem, Inc., Republic Finishing, Inc., and Tashirs Shi, Ltd., on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-11628), an order and resettled judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 4, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-03808), and an order of the same court dated May 24, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-05217), in effect, for leave to reargue their motion to stay the enforcement of the order and resettled judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 5, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
