Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion for leave to reargue a motion to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 8, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 17, 2006.
