| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2005, and an order of the same court dated June 8, 2006, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 15, 2005, to vacate a stay of all proceedings to evict the plaintiff from the subject premises which was granted by the order dated June 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay contained in the order dated June 8, 2006, is vacated forthwith.
