Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, on or before October 4, 2006, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record in accordance with the parties' stipulation dated August 18, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and, it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 25, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
