Motion by Sau Ting Cheng, the appellant-respondent in Appeal No. 1 and the appellant in Appeal No. 2, to stay the vacatur of a lis pendens filed against the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 25, 2006, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
