| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Diane Pinnock on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 6, 2005, and April 18, 2005, respectively, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person is granted to the extent that the motion filing fee is waived, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
