DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated June 17, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the brief submitted by the respondent to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until October 3, 2006, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
