DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant-respondent to dismiss cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2005, and November 18, 2005, respectively, on the ground that the respondent-appellant has failed to contribute to the cost of the joint record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the cross appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
