Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 20, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 21, 2005, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
