Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to renew that branch of his prior motion which was for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 28, 2005, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated July 20, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
