Motion by the appellant-respondent pro se on appeals and cross appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 29, 2005, and November 29, 2005, respectively, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the joint appendix on appeal.
