Motion by the respondents Katelyn DiChiaro, Julian DiChiaro, Andrew DiChiaro, and Derek DiChiaro to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated December 7, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents Katelyn DiChiaro, Julian DiChiaro, Andrew DiChiaro, and Derek DiChiaro to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 13, 2006, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
