| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 11, 2006, and May 23, 2006, respectively, to vacate a stay which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2006, on condition that the appeals from both orders were perfected on or before August 15, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2006, is vacated forthwith.
