Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered April 1, 2003, for leave to reargue a motion to strike the respondent's brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 24, 2006, and separate motion by the appellant to resettle the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 24, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
