Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 11, 2005, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 24, 2006, which enlarge their time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion dated August 24, 2006, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date September 25, 2006, and substituting therefor the date October 6, 2006.
