Application by Helaine Susan Brick, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 7, 1977, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Helaine S. Brick-Cabot.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Helaine Susan Brick to Helaine S. Brick-Cabot, effective immediately.
