Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 5, 2005, and May 10, 2006, respectively.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
