| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered September 25, 2003, to be provided with copies of the motion papers in connection with pro se motions to set aside the verdict, and to be provided with transcripts of proceedings which occurred in connection with the motions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with copies of the motion papers in connection with pro se motions to set aside the verdict is granted; the Clerk of this court or his designee, shall provide the appellant pro se with copies of those motion papers which are contained in the original papers on file with this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with transcripts of proceedings which occurred in connection with the motions is denied, with leave to renew upon providing the dates of any hearings for which the transcripts have not already been provided to the appellant.
