Barnes, Lilia v Crown Towing Svcs., Inc., et al.
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the appeal from the November 2006 calendar and holding it in abeyance sine die. Once the trial transcript has been properly settled and a new Clerk's Return on Appeal is obtained from the Clerk of the Civil Court, the appeal may be restored to the calendar for a later term. In the event the appeal is not perfected by the February 2007 term, the appeal will be marked-off the calendar.
