Motion by appellant-respondent on an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, entered October 26, 2000, which was determined by decision and order dated December 27, 2004, for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to reargue the appeal which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 8, 2006, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court dated December 27, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
