Respondent suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof, and disciplinary proceedings stayed, until such time as a determination of respondent's capacity to continue the practice of law and to adequately defend himself against charges of professional misconduct in the underlying disciplinary proceeding is made and until further order of this Court. Attorney appointed to inventory respondent's files, as indicated. Opinion Per Curiam. All concur.
