Renewed motion by the defendant pro se for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 14, 2006, issued pursuant to Laws 2005, Chapter 643, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
