Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2004, to hold the appeal in abeyance and to remit the matter to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for the purpose of substituting Asset Acceptance, LLC, for Citibank, N.A., as the defendant in the action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
