It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition. The appellant has failed to comply with the orders of this Court requiring the perfection of the appeal from an order of the Civil Court, dated October 3, 2005. Accordingly, the application to re-instate the stay that lapsed ono September 13, 2006, is denied. The warrant of eviction may be enforced.
