| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 4, 2005, inter alia, to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 23, 2006, the appellants are directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of the plaintiff, Zulaikho Iskhakova, dated June 1, 2005, which is contained within Exhibit C to the affirmation of James B. Fiscella dated August 30, 2006, filed in support of the instant motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 22, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
