Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 23, 2005, and to enlarge the time of the parties to serve and file their respective reply briefs.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before December 5, 2006 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file its reply brief on or before January 2, 2007, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before January 30, 2007.
