Appeal by the Suffolk County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 27, 2006. On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated September 13, 2006, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 26, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "September 29, 2006;" and it is further,
ORDERED that the law guardian's brief that was deposited in the office of the clerk of this court on September 29, 2006, is accepted for filing.
