Assignment of counsel

Appeal by Saba Pasha from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 15, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Barbara Kopman, dated September 13, 2006, it is
