It is Ordered that the motion for a stay of the attorney's fee hearing pending the determination of the appeal is granted on the condition that appellant perfects its appeal by the January 2007 term of this court. In the event appellant fails to timely perfect its appeal, the respondent may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
