Trump CPS LLC v Gotbetter, Howard
It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction, to and including December 13, 2006. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the February 2007 term and the appellant is current in the payment of accruing use and occupancy, the appellant may move for a further extension of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after December 13, 2006. The attorney's fee hearing may proceed as scheduled.
