DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated June 11, 1990 (People v Monko, 162 AD2d 553), affirming two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered May 7, 1987, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, to relieve counsel assigned to file a brief and to assign new counsel, or for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
