Motion by Legal Services of Central New York on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 17, 2005, and March 3, 2006, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated November 28, 2005, for leave to reargue a motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 18, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
