DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated August 29, 1994 (see People v Berroa, 207 AD2d 556), which affirmed a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 30, 1992, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 7, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
