Blackstone Owners Inc. v Harris, Steven, et al.
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the attorney's fee hearing on the condition that: (1) appellants continue to pay accruing maintenance fees; and (2) perfect the appeal for the January 2007 term of this court, the filing date for which is November 8, 2006. In the event that appellants fail to comply with either of the aforementioned conditions, petitioner may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the attorney's fee hearing.
