Appeal by Nicholas R. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 28, 2005.
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated September 26, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 11, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "October 13, 2006"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief submitted by the appellant to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 30 days of the date of this order.
