It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the parties have agreed that appellant will perfect the appeal for the February 2007 term of this court; that appellant will continue paying monthly use and occupancy on the 5th day of each month; and that landlord will review the trial transcript and propose amendments, if any, as well as provide appellant with copies of trial exhibits by October 31, 2006.
