On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application dated September 29, 2006, is recalled and vacated and the following is substituted therefor:
Application by Carrie Lynn Casey, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 15, 2005, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Carrie Casey Bower.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Carrie Lynn Casey to Carrie Casey Bower, effective immediately.
