| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant (1) on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 19, 2006, February 6, 2006, and July 21, 2006 (two orders), respectively, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated January 19, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-02150), and February 6, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-03018), and (2) for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the same court dated October 20, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-09324).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated January 19, 2006, and February 6, 2006, is granted; the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until December 18, 2006, and the record or appendix on those appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this court from the order dated October 20, 2005, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
