Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered September 26, 2005, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file its reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until November 9, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before November 30, 2006.
