On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 2, 2006, in the above-entitled actions is amended by adding after the first decretal paragraph thereof the following paragraph:
"ORDERED that on or before October 24, 2006, the appellants, if they be so advised, may either (1) correct the page citations in their respective briefs filed with the Clerk of this court on August 21, 2006, or (2) serve and file a replacement brief for the purpose of correcting page citations; and it is further,"
