DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for an Enlargement of Time
to File a Supplemental Brief

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge his time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 12, 2004.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 26, 2006, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
