| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for reconsideration and reargument of an opinion and order of this court dated April 4, 2006, confirming the report of a Special Referee sustaining 29 charges of professional misconduct against the respondent and suspending her from the practice of law for a period of three years, commencing May 4, 2006, and upon reargument, modifying the discipline, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. By decision and order on motion of this court dated February 2, 2005, the Grievance Committee's motion for the respondent's immediate suspension pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(ii) and (iii) was denied, it was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against her and the issues raised were referred to Hon. Jerome M. Becker, as Special Referee to hear and report. By opinion and order of this court dated April 4, 2006, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 13, 1988.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers submitted in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied in all respects.
